The process begins with an estimate. We have found the quickest and most time effective way of providing this is with a sketch. We would ask that you take a picture of your home and send it to us via text or email.  By sending us the photos we are able to “mark up” your home using our software and suggest areas to light up and decorate. If access to a computer is not an option we can certainly schedule a meeting to go over your lighting and decorating options.

Installing your holiday lights can be a stressful, time-consuming experience. Between getting your lighting products and Christmas decorations out of storage, untangling the lights, figuring out which ones work and which ones don’t and then installing them, there’s plenty of room for frustration and injury (remember how cold and slippery the ladder was last year?). We use high-quality, cutting edge lighting products and install them safely and professionally, saving you time, the risk of injury and the hassle of hanging the lights!! Installations start the first week in October and we come back within a couple weeks before Thanksgiving to install greenery and to set timers.  Timers are set to the clients’ specifications as they can be early in the morning or late at night.


Just as the holidays can prove to be unpredictable, so, too can lighting products! If you should experience technical difficulties such as fallen lights or burnt-out bulbs, someone from the Lights Up team will be there within 24 hours of your call to fix the problem.  Thus, giving you piece of mind that your home or business will always be looking its’ best.

Once the holiday season is over, a team member will remove, organize, and label your lighting products, storing them for free in our secure warehouse until we hang them again the following year. This frees up space in your attic, garage, crawlspace, or basement, and gives our experienced team members the chance to inspect each and every bulb for next year’s re-installation.
